Description: Antique French Limoges Porcelain 2-Tiered Serving Plates – Set of TwoFor our Thanksgiving dinner, we prepared many small fancy canapes & petite sandwiches to serve before dinner with our cocktails. We placed them on a set of 2-tiered serving dishes with a single brass handle so that we could easily walk among our guests. These serving plates fit in beautifully with our autumn Thanksgiving color scheme – their color of a lovely summer grass green combined with lots of ornate gold filigree. Later, at the end of our dinner, we made use of them again to serve small petit fours with a turkey on the top of the icing for dessert with coffee. We include a set of antique silver plate serving pieces with mother of pearl handles as well. As we hope you can see in our photos, the exciting combination of vivid green & gold lends a certain elegance to both the beginning & end of our dinner.
