I believe this is Fostoria but please use your own judgement. The rose is a stunning raspberry red with shades of green in the leaves and background. I could see a couple of stems or a tiny bouquet in this piece. It would be beautiful in many different kinds of decor. There is wear to the paint and loss of paint in spots but no chips or cracks.
