This incredible kit was used by Dr. Fleckenstine of Philadelphia around the turn of the century. This kit includes such tools as scalpels, forceps, pliers, and a trocar, among others. Not all the original pieces are present, but the kit would still be very functional for field surgery. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection. The Luer a Paris company was famous for their high quality medical instruments, and both the box and instruments themselves are marked with their name. Very good condition with expected age-related wear. Some of the original pieces have been swapped or are missing. The metal has some wear and rust.
