Description: Antique Early Fostoria Lidded Sugar Bowl 551 OMN 1898 EAPG UV Glow Rare This is an Antique and Rare Fostoria Lidded Sugar Bowl in the 551 (OMN) Pattern. This Pattern was introduced in 1898 making it Antique. We did place it under a 365-wavelength black light and it does have a Green Manganese Glow. This is attributed to some EAPG made prior to 1915. Some of my pictures show this Green Manganese Glow. This Sugar Bowl is about 126 years old and it is in Excellent Antique Condition. I just want to mention that the lid was made to sit on top of the sugar bowl and it not a tight fit. (Any Straw Marks, Mold Seams or Bubbles are attributed to the EAPG Manufacturing Process and are not considered flaws.) The Sugar Bowl measures about 5” tall, 3.25” across the rim and 3” across the base. Please see pictures for the details. Please magnify the pictures as they are part of the description. Please ask all questions before purchasing the item.
