Description: Presented is a Dedham pottery tray, in the Rabbit pattern. This pattern, as the name suggests, features adorable rabbits in rich cobalt blue, against the classic Dedham white crackle glaze. This is a real antique Dedham piece dating to around the first quarter of the 1900s, not a modern reproduction by the Potting Shed/Pottery Shed. The underside is signed with the old Dedham Pottery mark in blue.We could not find anything similar to this piece online except for one listing on Replacements which was larger at 17" for $4599.00. This tray is in excellent condition. As seen in the photos, there is a roughness on the top right edge which appeared in the making of the piece. There are also some skips in the glaze on the underside of the piece which are also normal and appeared in the making. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
