Description: Sweet little 5"x6" square porcelain, hand painted, nappy handled dish is painted with light pinky lavender flowers. This type of handled dish (napkin or nappy) was often filled with nuts or candies and could easily be passed amongst company by the handle. This dish is circa 1920's and was imported by Bawo & Dotter importers. The dish has a depth of 2" including the handle and is artist signed: FLORES. As seen in the photos, there is wear to the gold gilt on the handle and the outer edges. The lower price reflects this flaw, otherwise there are no chips, cracks, crazing, repairs or flea bites.
