It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, is very clean, and is table ready. It is straight, not bent out of shape, with no major issues at all. It is hallmarked on the back of the blade in a pictomark with the letters AC, mark for historic and listed silversmith Albert Coles & Co. of New York. It has been stone and acid tested and confirms 900 silver. This is a great, very collectible piece for those that collect antique US coin silver, silver by this specific maker and from the Northeast!
