Description: This listing is for a 19th C ( 1800s) original watercolor painting of a mystery mans portrait. It is completely hand painted with extreme skill in exacting detail. It depicts a man in a heavy coat with a mustache and goatee. I believe it to have been painted in the 1830s-50s, but it may be older. I am unfortunately not sure who the subject was, though with such a skilled rendition a match likely could be found. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor.
