He first drew shoes during the 1950s and they became enormously popular. Some of Warhol's most famous ads were for shoes for I. Miller, but he also drew Christmas cards for Tiffany & Company, created book and album covers, as well as illustrated Amy Vanderbilt's Complete Book of Etiquette.Shoes remained a primary motif during Warhol’s entire career – he loved drawing them as much as the public loved looking at them. This print represents six of his most famous shoe drawings. Lithograph is printed on 13 x 15.5 inch paper and image size is 10 x 14.
