This particular mitt is perfect for a grown boy playing the outfield ! The glove is perfectly broken in and totally game ready and it is very easy to use ! The glove also has a great pocket that totally swallows up both a baseball only as you can see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! Check out the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove just wraps itself around the baseball and the 6th photo shows how the glove looks in the closed position without a ball in the pocket and the 8th and the 9th photos show how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball ( that’s in case you decided to use this glove for softball ) ! As far as fitting goes, this glove is a comfortable fit on my average adult size hand ! So it really isn’t a tight fit glove ! The glove does NOT have a Velcro wrist strap !
