We tested this steamer and it quietly and quickly reached set temperatures (150-212F). Holds 3 - 2 1/2" full size pans or 6 -1/2 pans or 2 - #400 full size steam pans. Has a 3 gallon reservoir which provides hours of steaming capabilities (100-200F) without having to refill. The heavy duty door handle and the front drain handle and drain pan are good. Condition & Testing This is a very nice AccuTemp Steamer in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Does show some minor sign of normal use but absolutely no damage. The one clear plastic cover over the temp gauge has a crack but is intact. We fully tested this unit. Heats quickly and quietly to set temperatures to cook and to hold. When the vacuum pump is turned on it seals the door as it should with no leaks. All gauges and switches are working properly. The water reservoir for steam is working with no leaks and the front drain handle is working. This unit also has a rear vent pipe for vacuum intake and exhaust.
