Petrov Anatoliy accordion music teacher occasionally saw Heydar Aliyev former President of Azerbaijan when he came to pick up kids from their daily lessons. He taught from 1971-1977. His class included very well known public figures who played only on this accordion including president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his sister Sevil Aliyeva.
