Description: American Brilliant Period cut glass celery tray signed J. Hoare. The design appears to be a variation of pattern #1614 with slightly different treatment to the center of the large hobstars and the radial bars. This item does not fluoresce under blacklight, however the signature and cutting appear correct. Additionally, I have seen a number of signed pieces in this variant pattern so I am confident that it is a genuine J. Hoare & Co. product. There is a few spots of rim & pattern roughness but no noticeable chips to the teeth or pattern. Please see the pictures and message me if there are any questions.
