Description: An 80's classic road bike,Borgognoni Borga.A. 54 CM, currently set up as a 1 x 6 speed, down tube shifter. Most components are Dura Ace, a great condition Campy headset, Cinelli Stem and bars, Sram Red mechanical brakes with Sram levers. Shifting is a 40T single front sprocket, a 6 speed "Perfect" rear freewheel 14-24. A newish set of Gatorskin tires, 28's. A flawless set of Mavic MA2 rims laced to a perfect set of "Phil" vintage polished hubs. Bars have just been wrapped with Zipp Service Course tape. All bearings, headset and bottom bracket have been lubed and adjusted, this guy is ready to go. Not to everyone's taste of course but if you love single speeds (I do) this is all that fun plus a few extra gears. The Dura Ace RD and Down tube shifter are close to perfect. Nothing has been changed so if a 12 speed is your wish just add the shifter handle, the FD, and put another ring on the crankset. I'm keeping the seat and the pedals!
