If you need tools or Shims or external O-rings See my Other listings Works on most HEUI injectors; 1994 - 2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke This comes with 8 sets of High quality Teflon coated internal O-rings and 20 check balls (2 Req.) required to do one injector after you have removed and dissembled them from the engine. NOTE: WHEN YOU rebuild injectors you need to renew the clearance under the armature plate by shimming to .004" and adding at least .004" solenoid spacer shims under the coil to keep armature from hitting the solenoid, To make them last like new injectors. If you machine the armature plate .002 ".your injectors will only last less than 100k. If you machine more than .002" With out shimming the solenoid then it will hit the solenoid and set a code, then you will need to buy solenoid spacer shim to raise the solenoid to replace the clearance you remove when you added shims or machined the housing. I am a 77 year old mechanic that has works on a fleet of 6.9 and 7.3 Power Strokes for the last 25 years and want to help the do-it-yourselfer keep there trucks running .
