PRODUCT INFORMATION:- Unidirectional ballistic sheets made of DuPont Kevlar® by Skarr Armor- MADE IN USA- Only one on eBay that is certified by NIJ in conjunction with a currently listed body armor. Other sellers may claim their products are "IIIA", it really means nothing without the official NIJ certification.
