El Lejano Oriente, with its unique natural anaerobic 120h process, produces coffee with delightful tasting notes of chocolate, orange, and nuts. This exquisite coffee, cultivated at an altitude of 1500 masl, proudly boasts a score of 87.25 Flavor Profile When roasted to City (225°C), the coffee possesses a robust body with crisp acidity and a profound taste. Its texture is delightfully smooth, complemented by zesty highlights that can be piercing, with undertones of tangerine and nutmeg.
