Buyer is to pay shipping AND handling-my handling fee is not high, usually less than a dollar, to help with the ever rising Ebay fees. I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country. I try to protect the items the best that I can. I will refund money if the item is returned to me--if it is broken due to something that I did. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason.
