It marks the forty-sixth strike to be released as part of the US Mint’s America the Beautiful Quarters® Program. This design depicts a mill girl working at a power loom with its prominent circular bobbin battery. A view of Lowell, including the Boott Mill clock tower, is seen through the window. Inscriptions are “LOWELL,” “MASSACHUSETTS,” “2019,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” These Three (3) Quarters are Denver, Philadelphia & San Francisco Mint Set (P & D & S) Business Strike (AKA Clad) in Brilliant and Uncirculated condition from US Mint Bags.
