Buyer can avoid responsibility for receipt of item by requesting an invoice with an additional $5 (6.09 total) fee to cover tracking. One item or ten remains the same. If buyer wishes not to pay additional fee buyer assumes responsibility for receipt of item and at the time of payment releases the seller of any liability for receipt of item. My apologies to all the honest buyers who work hard for their money as well as to maintain their reputation as an honest and ethical person with some integrity, but due to recent events, and certain buyers opening a case literally the day after ebays BS estimated delivery date, this policy must be put in place to cover myself as well as attempt to weed out unscrupulous, dishonest buyers which ebay will do nothing about. As it stands I make very little on a 99 cent card after stamp, envelope, tape, penny sleeve, top loader and ebays massive 13.5% "commission" as well as the additional 30 cents we are now charged per transaction. Most of my items are 99 cents and for every item some thief claims he did not get, I lose not only the little profit made but have to sell at least 3 items to break even and cover the now gone materials, stamp and envelope used to ship the first item.
