No rigging, controls, steering, gauges, or propellers are included. We are a Mercury Outboard dealer and just took this triple engine set on trade. The customer decided to upgrade to a new Mercury Verado 400's. These engines are very clean and were just fully serviced per Mercury 300 hour/ 3-year spec (see below). The engines are ready for installation/ use. We just performed a complete service on these engines per Mercury Spec. 300 Hour Engine Service. The service consisted of an engine oil and filter change. Fuel filters have been replaced. New belt, spark plugs, thermostat, water pump assembly, and a gear lube change. These engines run great and compression is perfect. A Compression Check was performed and 165-175 psi on all cylinders for all three engines.
