Weight according to our scale is: 8 lbs 6 oz. Includes a very nice Fender Custom Shop Mono Style Pro Level Gig Bag. Year of Manufacture is believed to be 2005.What a beauty she is! The color looks even better in person. Overall condition is very good/excellent depending on who's looking at it. It's clean for a near 20 year old guitar. Getting the worst out of the way is the stress crack on the bass side of the neck pocket as shown. Very common with bolt on guitars and it doesn't affect how the guitar plays or sounds. It is about 1.5" long but if you can get past that, you will have one of the best playing and sounding strats out there.You can expect some light signs of use but she was really well taken care of by a professional musician.There is some minimal fret wear but not enough to affect how the guitar plays.This time period for Fender Strats was kind of cool because they had some really good electronics and that nice heel joint.
