All freight orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days as long as we have cleared payment and the necessary delivery information. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day. Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 7 business days. Flat Rate Freight shipping prices generated by eBay are for commercially zoned addresses only which have a dock or forklift available and can accommodate up to a semi-truck. Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to placing your order, since it typically runs double the price in comparison to commercially zoned deliveries. Buyers have the option to pick freight from a local freight terminal. If you opt for this option we will provide you with the location and phone number of a terminal closest to you. Buyer must show up with proper equipment and identification to pick up the shipment. A valid phone number and business name are required with all freight shipments. In the event that the buyer does not respond to freight carrier attempts to call and schedule, or misses his delivery appointment buyer will be responsible for redelivery fee which range between $100-$300 depending on the size and weight of the package. Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
