The figure has only been out of the case once to inspect it when it was delivered from Kaws studio in 2003. I kept the case all these years in a cotton slip which has preserved it like new. The interior plastic is flawless as well. The case being perfect is important with Bendys as it's part of the display. I bought this from Kaws directly in 2003 - the email order days! Its been carefully stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home ever since and never displayed. It belongs in the home of a serious collector that can proudly display it. If you're looking for a Bendy, you might find an equivalent but you won't find one better! I am a collector of art vinyl since the early 2000's and have a lot of Kaws since his early days (most pieces never displayed). This piece as with all my Kaws pieces came directly from Kaws studio, OR, in some cases from Lev at ToyTokyo or Keith at Toyqube and are consequently 100% Authentic!
