Ebay offers this option so sellers can ship smaller items and still offer some sort of tracking for a lesser cost than what would be charged for a package. Please understand that while this shipping policy allows me to be able to offer you free shipping, the tracking that comes with it is what ebay calls "limited." From my experience so far, what that means is that sometimes the tracking doesn't update as quickly as other shipping with tracking options would. Also, I have seen occasionally that sometimes the item is marked as delivered right before it is actually delivered. I understand how frustrating these things can be. Please keep in mind that despite all of that, this is a way for me to be able to offer you free shipping and for you to still get some kind of tracking service with your shipping.
