Description: This doll is from a multi-generation doll collection. I believe the doll is a J.D. Kestner doll based on her markings. Her bisque head is stamped "Made in Germany", "D 1/2 168 8 1/2". She is 20 inches long. She is dressed in a lace trimmed dress, slip with minor age related stains and pantaloons. She wears stockings, shoes, and a wig with bangs and curls tagged "Lot Size 11". Her back side has a red stamp that I was able to trace on the internet helping to identify her manufacturer. My grandmother collected and dressed antique dolls and won multiple prizes at the California State Fair. Please look at her pictures and contact me with any additional questions.
