Description: 2- Small Vintage Etched India Brass Bells of Sarna - Sweetmeat & BirdsThese Small MCM etched brass Bells of Sarna from India. One has the shape of the bell identifies it as a “Sweetmeat”. It was traditionally used by an Indian shopkeeper that made sweet treats for sale in the market. The bell would have been hung on a chain and rung when sales were made. All original with clapper attached.Marked on outside INDIA 20-20 on one side & 20 on other side. It has a remarkable high & loud ring. It retains its original patina and has never been polished. its measures approximately- 2-1/16" Tall x 1-1/2" Across Bottom. The other Cute Bell features Hand Engraved Birds with a Gold Velvet ribbon & has a high ring. Approximate Measurements- 1-7/8" High x 1-1/8" across Bottom. It is unmarked. These Bells are in Good Vintage condition- Will show normal signs of previous use- Tarnish - Please view all photos & read item description before buying.
