1988 Ford Bronco U100

Description: Up for sale is my wife’s 1988 Eddie Bauer Bronco. This truck has only had 3 Female Owners in its life, we purchased it 7 years ago from a lady who bought it from her sister. It has always had covers on the front seats and Weather Tec floor mats so the interior is in beautiful condition. The original 5.0 Windsor has just over 92k miles on it, and stock transmission w/Overdrive. The sagging headliner has been replaced with OEM foam backed fabric. Upon purchase the Steering Box was adjusted and new Tie Rod Ends installed, it tracks great on the highway. New adjustable Rancho 9000 rear shocks and Goodyear Wrangler tires (31x10.5x15) in 2018, with less than 5k miles since then. The Alternator and A/C compressor were also replaced. A/C was converted to R134A by previous owner and blows nice and cold. The faded headlight and rear turn fixtures are replaced with new units, and I rebuilt the window motor gears in both doors. The Blue Metallic paint was reportedly re-sprayed by the original owner and looks great, with no fading. There are no accidents on this car, other than the passenger mirror was clipped, and dinged the door - see photo. The aftermarket running boards are very sturdy, and do help with climbing into the truck, especially for rear passengers. The original “Bucking Bronco” tire cover is still intact but is crackling around the outer skin, I will include a new cover, in OEM style and color, that will fit 31” tires (current spare is 29”). Also included is a fitted car cover. The 5.0 runs so smooth that you can barely tell it’s running when at a stoplight. This truck was mostly used for Beach Days and Shopping Runs, with only about 5k miles use in the last 7 years. We have a few classic vehicles and my wife just bought an EV, so we are selling a couple cars to make room. If you have any questions or want more detailed photos please let me know.
