I’m selling this for a friend however, I play bass and I have an awesome collection of pre-CBS, fender, bass, guitars so im very used to seeing guitars with a little WAR PAINT on em! I just came back from a Guitar show where I should have brought this with me because they have the same year they’re selling for 2800 another one for 2600 and the last one I saw was 2500 and all of them had way more usage that was very plain to see. Some people like that relic look but some people also like them with as little damage as possible, which is what this one is. How many years old this is it should be considered pristine as far as condition goes. This is definitely a beautiful relic style Telecaster made in 1988 in California Comes with a fender guitar shaped case hard shell I can send you a picture I plugged her in. Turned her up played a couple notes …sounds good to me. It’s got that fender twang. Looks all original to me. I don’t see anything changed on it compared to another old telecaster I have. This one is in much better condition than any other 1988 I have seen so far this week I looked at seven different ones at Music stores in New York city as well as New Jersey. This one is in better shape than those and they wanted $2500 for the same 1988 this has a RARE serial number . E 805000 A lot of collectors, search very hard for even numbers as well as triple digits and this has zeros for triple digits, making it a very rare item This is your chance to own a true American classic at a great price that’s only going to go up in value.
