Wheels rotate fine, legs operate fine and head spins fine. Missing 1 hose and also the back ramp. He does work but you have to push the button pretty hard to get it to sound off. It just beeps 3 times and it's eyes flash in time. Battery compartment is clean and takes a 9V battery (not included).
