Book has no creased page corners, no foxing to pages or endpapers, slight age darkening/foxing/dust soiling to outer page edges, no hinge splits, clean endpapers with no scotch tape residue marks or other discoloration, no former owner's markings or used bookstore stamps inside AND NO UNDERLINGING/HIGHLIGHTING OF ANY OF THE TEXT, no wear to board edges or corners, or to spine tips (minor shelf bumping to spine tips only), no bumped board corners. Dust jacket has no chipping, tearing or creasing, almost no wear to spine tips, no wear to front flap crease, no age yellowing to white rear panel, no dust soiling, no color rubbing, no soiling or staining just a hint of dust rubbing/foxing spots to white rear panel, tiny nick along top edge on rear panel otherwise no edge wear, NO SPINE SUN FADING. Overall a FINE-/N-FINE book in FINE-/N-FINE condition dust jacket (not price clipped) of a rare Dean Koontz first printing hardcover book. I do, on occasion, miss a significant defect in an item or simply make a cut/paste error in the description (i.e. an error in the description from using a prior posting as the "shell" for this book's description), and for collectible items, if that happens, on a case-by-case basis I do issue a full refund (including the cost of return shipping) depending upon the collectible significance of the undisclosed defect.
