Description: offered is a 1977 Hess toy fuel / oil tanker truck- with box excellent condition with no issues to the truck itself...no damage...bright, vibrant colors...wheels and cab turn as they should...doesn't look to have spent much time outside of the box...made in Hong Kong i was unable to get the lights to come on- battery compartment is in good shape with no apparent reason for lights not working box itself is in fair to good condition- some color fading, especially to the top and there is a stain to the box as well (pics 9 and 11) local pickup always available
