Description: Hi and thanks for looking. This is a collegeville costume #224 Witchiepoo. It is in fair condition as well as the box. The mask is clean with just one split from what I can see. The cape is soft material, (not plastic or vinyl), which is deteriorating with some splits but still intact on the front and sides. The box is in fair condition with cellophane splits, box splits, and soiling. I have owned this for years and just saw it in my closet. Maybe it’s time for someone else to enjoy it.
