The stamps are in near mint/mint condition but the panel is off-center (see scan) bringing the overall grade to EX/MT. NOTE: You only receive the ONE 4-stamp panel in the listing's title. You do NOT get the other one shown for free. You are buying ONE 4-stamp panel. 1969 stamps (especially panels) are rarely seen in such good condition simply because almost all of them were printed off-center. Topps' interest in product quality control seemed to be at an all-time low when these were manufactured. Shipping is just $1 for each additional graded baseball card/stamp panel purchased when paid for and mailed out together. Graded "tall boy" basketball cards are an additional $1.50 per card for shipping. All cards must be paid for within 10 days of the first card purchased.
