Description: From 1964, this is an original...vintage....HALCO HALLOWEEN COSTUME of "IDEAL TOYS" classic toy "GAYLORD THE PUP"...this is a SUPER RARE Halloween costume....so rare that in over 35 years of buying...selling and collecting toys...i have had literally close to 1000 character Halloween costumes and have NEVER seen another one of these or ever heard of anyone ever having one..!...the only thing i could even find online for this costume was a reference in the 1964 HALCO costume catalog...it apparently was made 1 year and probably not in huge quantities...comes complete in the original 2.5 X 9 X 11 inch box...the original cello has been replaced...box has some creasing...couple small tears...but is overall bright and clean...the mask comes in VG condition with small edge cracks...denting and paint wear...the band is missing...the costume is a child's Medium 8-10...it comes in OK condition and features cute graphics of Galord...there is some age discoloration and staining and the front collar area has some fraying and spots of tearing...but the costume seems pretty durable for its age...its not falling apart like most others do...that all being said..it still displays VERY well all together and again is...SCARCE in any condition...so don't miss out..!...due to a rash of non- payments... payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase (no exceptions) unless you make arrangements with us PRIOR to purchasing...if not..item or items will be relisted and "buyer" blocked from future dealings...prompt delivery is always anticipated for purchases and in turn we expect prompt payment and communication.. ..a friendly reminder..while I can guarantee that OUR house is smoke-free, I have no idea or control over what the item may have been exposed to before I purchased it...our items come from a wide variety of sources and may or may not have been exposed to pets and/or smoke...thank you!!!...as a side note...excessively lowball offers will be declined immediately and buyer blocked from further participating in our listings..i apologize but these only waste our time and yours...!
