1962 Pontiac Grand Prix

Description: This is a 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix for sale in Bakersfield, CA. It set outside in the Mojave desert for 30 years. The body is in very good shape. Slight rust areas on bottoms of rear fenders. (This is the only cancer that I have seen) There is light surface rust in multiple areas that will blow off easily with bead blasting.) It was been cleaned out before being garaged for the last 4 years. It has a 389 that supposedly ran when it was parked. It has also had a Hydromatic transmission installed somewhere along the way. It does have the Original 8-lug wheels and hubs. I believe almost all of the original trim is on the car. I also believe the center console is in the trunk; but I have to open it from the inside at this point! The rear seat cushion is missing as well. This is a California Car and is a great candidate for a complete restoration. We purchased this from the original owner 5 years ago!! All we did was clean it up.
