Description: 1960s vintage huge pop art print of two popsicles.Measures 3' by 3' and is framed in it's original chrome metal frame. The popsicles are printed on paper thin white translucent plastic and then affixed permanently to perhaps 1/8" thick clear plastic.I don't know the printing process but a very high quality print. As with Lichtenstein, the dots of the print are intentionally, humorously huge.Absolutely in the style and period of Roy Lichtenstein. There are a few small areas of damage which are all shown in the photos. Also, please forgive the reflections off this reflective surface. The two photos toward the last show a bit of separation between print and the heavier clear plastic on front. That separation is in just a couple small areas and can only be seen at a certain angle. The last 2 photos show a little dent to the metal chrome frame.Actually in very nice condition considering it's rarity.Where would we find another one? This is a very large art piece and is expensive to ship.Carefully boxed.
