Dave Gardner - Dave "Flat Get It" Gardner - Comedian Dave Gardner and his son David, 8, reported missing and the subject of a ground-air search in West Texas, turned up safely Thursday in Sparks, Louisiana, near the Texas-Louisiana border. Gardner's wife, Mildred, initiated the search when she lost sight of them as the family was traveling from California to Mississippi in two cars. Gardner said he was looking all along the way trying to relocate his wife - who seemed to be missing. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated --1954.
