Description: This is a 1953 Mexican Ex Voto Painting on Tin, depicting three woman, one holding a baby, prayingto the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos, for saving her sick children. This is a very wonderful retablo, with lots of great elements, least of all the tassled wall and the brick painted floors. It is really one of the better retablos we have seen,with that wonderful untrained charm. Approx.
