Scene Description: Training Army Railroad Men - On-the-job training is available to selected trainees at the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad yards and shops in Baltimore, Maryland. Through a joint agreement between the Army and the B&O, trainees work with and under the supervision of regular B&O employees. Circa August 6th 1951.
