At bottom marked by the old Dept of Traffic the forerunner of todays Department of Transportation or D.O.T. Damage on then corner when yanked off the bracket. As a bonus there is a second attached sign 6 x 16 " when they added a packing meter to the street and you had to cough up 10 cents. Please examine the photos of both sides.
