Description: This is for an original program from the 1948 World Series which was played between the Cleveland Indians and Boston Braves. This is a program from one of the three games played at Cleveland Stadium as the Indians would defeat the Braves in 6 games for their second World Series title. This would be the only World Series played between 1947 and 1958 that did not have a New York team playing in it. The program is in nice shape with just some chipping on the condition sensitive spine being the main distraction. The book is nice and tight with two unused scorecards and an intact team centerfold.
