Description: 1945 OKLAHOMA License Plate #28-3186 - REPAINT - Fill 1945 Hole 'til You UpgradeIt's a solid plate w/some surface rusting, over which repaint was done. Pretty straight, minor rippling along edges, couldn't see any extra holes when held to light.
