Description: True vintage my guess is 1940’s. This is a thick semi stiff taffeta type fabric in navy blue. It has scallops on the neck and the pockets. Features a huge bow on the back and is very slightly gathered a a little longer. There is a metal zipper and 3/4 length sleeve and no brand or size tag. Please check measurements as pictured. This is a well made, closet kept dress in very nice condition.
