Private Ray Bixler of the Caruthersville MS National Guard Unit, is being held under military guard there pending decision on whether he is to be court martialed or tried on 2nd degree murder charge that has been filed against him in Dunklin County Missouri, following the death of Miss Harriett Hasty of Paragould Ark. She was fatally wounded when the car in which she rode failed to stop at Bixler's command when he was a guard in the St Francis River Flood District. Photo measures 6 x 8 inches.
