Description: Superb condition Railway pocket watch. Fully working and keeping time, recently serviced. Dial is clean and bright, with no damage at all. Full size 50 mm diameter. Rear cover snap’s tightly shut. Case is clean, with no dents or scratches Push in knob to turn hands, wind up as is, unusual for a pocket watch. Made in Austria. This type of railway timekeeper pocket watch was given free to railway workers, as they started their job. A simple mechanism but very accurate made for U.K. railway companies. Bought in my antique shop in early 1990s I have bought and sold a few, but this one was in such good condition I kept it. You will find some that need major repairs, but very few in perfect working order. Probably 80 years old, a few very light blemishes you would expect with a watch of this age, worn everyday in its time. Will be well packed and tracked.
