Description: Up for sale is a 7 x 11" photograph that has been produced from my original old negatives of Meade View Company postcards, a company that sold real photo postcards of numerous Maine towns and views in the 1920's, 1930's, and early 1940's. What you see is exactly what the postcard looked like, only better, since we cleaned up the negative, sharpened the image, and printed it from a .tif file, with glossy format on quality photo paper. The back of the photo is blank. This is a fabulous view taken from an airplane of Kennebunk Beach, Maine in the late 1930's. Great detail including the Narragansett, Bass Rock, Atlantis and Webhannet hotels, plus numerous ocean-front cottages, and the Webhannet Golf Course.
