Description: GREETINGS! I am pleased to offer an all original, hard to find, 17" composition and cloth American Character baby doll. Her composition shoulder head has weighted blue lithographed tin sleep eyes, painted arched brows, painted upper and lower lashes and an open mouth with red bow shaped lips and molded tongue. She has a broad smile with rosy dimpled cheeks and painted lightly molded brown hair that has paint rubs. She has an hard stuffed muslin cloth body with non-working Mama crier, composition swivel arms (teenie paint chip on right pinky) and composition curled lower legs with cloth swivel uppers. Her paint retains its original factory luster with rosy blush highlights and her composition is in excellent condition. She is dressed in her original pink factory outfit (no shoes) including bonnet, slip and embroidery trimmed dress. Her clothing is in excellent conditiion with a few light rust spots. Her muslin cloth body is in good shape with her rear left upper leg showing stuffing at the seam. The back of her shoulder is embossed PETITE AMER. CHAR. DOLL. She is a very sweet little Happy Tot doll from a smoke free home that looks beautiful on display and is guaranteed as described. Her little costume doll playmate is not included.
