It is said that in order to be admitted to the Piedmont Driving Club, one must be able to trace his ancestry back to the years before the Civil War. Photo shows Miss Virginia Dabney, one of the six debutante bathing beauties. Virginia was also a poster girl for 'Gold Diggers of 1933', 'Dames', and 'Gold Diggers of 1935'. Virginia was a favorite of dance director Bobby Connolly, and, after leaving Warner Bros., she was asked to return for Gold Diggers of 1937 (1936) and The King and the Chorus Girl Photo is Dated: June 29, 1923.
