Description: This is one of the earliest felt pennants you will find. It measures approximately 10” x 23”and contains a pasted-on photo of Woodrow Wilson above the Capitol Building. On both margins of the piece are 13 stars, representing the original colonies. It is dated March, 1913. It is in very good condition, although there is some cracking to Wilson’s photo and the lettering has faded over time. Just a nice piece. Per postal regulations, this will be mailed out via Priority Mail or Parcel Post. I cannot use media mail rates.
